The Ministry of National Education sends students abroad for graduate studies under the scholarship provided by our Ministry based on Law No. 1416, which aims to train qualified human resources required by higher education institutions and other public institutions and organizations. This scholarship program, known as the YLSY (Overseas Graduate Education Scholarship Program), will send 668 students abroad for master’s and/or doctoral studies in official scholarship status within the scope of the 2024 YLSY Program.

Candidates wishing to apply for graduate studies abroad must complete their application process between December 23-31, 2024, via the Ministry's official website https://rebus.meb.gov.tr/ (REBUS - Official Scholarship Student System), using their "Turkish ID number, ID serial number, and the Turkish ID number of a close relative (spouse, child, mother, or father)." The application screen will be accessible to candidates through REBUS on December 23, 2024. Applications will close on December 31, 2024, at 5:00 PM.

Candidates wishing to apply should carefully review the 2024 YLSY Application and Preference Guide and the Preference Table attached to this announcement for detailed information regarding the 2024 YLSY process and quotas. Candidates must ensure that they will be pursuing studies at the "Level of Study to be Completed" as indicated in the 2024 YLSY Preference Table. It is important that candidates apply accordingly.
